Education

Laureate of the international pianistic contests in Senigallia, Pietra Ligura, Pinerol and Cortemillia. She is a winner of 6 first prizes at high school and university student competitions in Croatia (including the absolute first prize in a chamber music competition – as a member of a pianist duo), as well as the winner of the Rector's prize for year 2002/2003.

• Graduate

  From 1997 to 2003 she was receiving a scholarship from the City of Zagreb. In 1999, when she was 16, she enrolled to the piano studies at the Academy of Music in Zagreb. She graduated from the Academy of Music in Zagreb at the age of 20, with professor Sretna Meštrović as a tutor.

• Post-graduate

  She later enrolled post graduate studies at the same Academy with professor Marina Ambokadze (Georgia) as a tutor. She also perfected her playing skills at seminaries in Croatia and abroad, with prominent piano pedagogues (Ph. Fowke, P. Donohoe, A. Valdma, K.H. Kämmerling, E. Indjic, A. Ciccolini, N. Flores.)

Solo

She successfully performed as a soloist with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, the Zagreb Soloists and the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, and with the Opera Orchestra of the Crotian National Theatre "Ivan pl. Zajc" of Rijeka. She has acquired a status of a free lance musician artist in 2004.

• Radio recordings

  She has been doing numerous recordings for Croatian Radio. She has recorded concerts for piano and orchestra by Silvio Bombardelli and Boris Papandopulo, with the Symphony Orchestra of Croatian Radio and Television, published by Orfej.

• Festivals

  She took part in concert tours around Croatia ('More music, less land mines') and Japan (Tokyo, Kawasaki, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Akita). She also gave concerts at Zagreb summer night festival, Zagreb artists to Zagreb audience festival, Festivals of Croatian music in Berlin, Vienna, etc.

Chamber

• Twenty Fingers

  Since 2014. she starts performing in Twenty fingers – a piano duo with Matea Leko, another acclaimed pianist. Critics say that they “play with a particular charm, showing a high level of pianistic skill and very lively interpretation. They excellently correspond with one another, where they both as individuals are at liberty to accentuate the musical material. They enthuse the audience with eruptive and technically supreme performance. These two pianists on one piano, make acoustically rich sound spectrum and enjoy themselves, transferring their enthusiasm on to the audience.” (Z. Weber)

• Orient expresto

  She is also a member of the Orient expresto trio (two pianos and a percussion, played by Matej Meštrović and Borna Šercar too). They have given concerts in Austria, Japan, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, and all over Croatia, as well (Samobor, Zagreb, Hvar, Osijek, split, Rijeka, Dubrovnik, Belišće, Lipik, etc.). Their performances have been widely acclaimed by both critics and audience. In 2010 they received the Outstanding Contribution to Tourism Award presented by the European Association of Tourism Journalists. Since then the trio has been cooperating with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, giving concerts and presenting Croatia to the world.

• Singing corepetition

  She has been cooperating successfully with both Nina Kobler, a famous sopranist and a guitar player from Zagreb and Mateo Granić, a saxophonist. Mateo and her have given a number of concerts in Croatia and abroad. Their performances were widely acclaimed.

• Theatre

  For several years she has been working as an expert associate in the play Our town directed by Rene Medvešek and performed at the Zagreb Youth Theatre. Not only does she perform the music in the play, but she also plays a role of a pianist and trains a choir composed of artists in the play. She also takes part in formatting the play Mountain voices (by Marin Držić and Petar Zoranić) which has been performed at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival.

• Dance corepetition

  Currently working in Umjetnička Škola Franje Lučića, Velika Gorica as a contemporary dance corepetitor.
